Shipping Options

Artistiq Designs makes use of PUDO as its courier service. A packaging fee is included in the shipping fee.

The following shipping options are available:

* Medium option will automatically be applied when ordering 30x60cm cutting mats and fragile items such as glasses and tumblers.

Collections

** A collection address will be provided once the order is ready for collection. Collections are only available on weekdays between 08:30 and 13:30, BY APPOINTMENT. Please notify your courier of these collection times as well. NO CASH PAYMENTS ON COLLECTION.

Payment Methods

We offer a variety of payment methods including Payfast, Payflex and Direct Bank Transfers (EFT). When selecting the EFT payment method, bank details will be emailed with your order confirmation. Please make payment immediately so that your order can be processed as soon as possible. Order will only be processed and dispatched once the payment is reflecting in the bank account. Payments from other banks may take 1-2 business days to reflect. Please do an immediate/instant payment to speed up order processing. Kindly note that we do not accept cash payments.

How Long Will My Order Take?

Orders are sent out 1-3 business days after payment has been received. Once the package is with the courier service, we cannot guarantee how long delivery will take. If a package has not been delivered within 15 business days, it will be considered lost, and measures will be taken to follow up with the courier service and a new package will be sent provided that the ordered products are in stock. Should we not have stock available, the customer will have the option to wait or receive a refund in the form of a credit to their account.

Wrong Or Incomplete Address Provided

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is liable for all delivery costs to re-deliver the order to the correct address. Artistiq Designs is not responsible for the loss of the order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the full and correct name of the PUDO locker under the “notes” section when selecting this delivery option. Orders sent to the incorrect locker due to incomplete information will be resent at the expense of the customer. If no locker location is filled in, a locker will be selected in the area of the address provided on the order form. Artistiq Designs will not be held liable for orders being sent to the incorrect locker if no locker location was provided on the order form.

Where Do We Deliver?

We deliver to any location in South Africa that is serviced by PUDO. Extra delivery fees may apply if you do not have a PUDO locker nearby or are located in an area where PUDO does not deliver. In such cases, we will make use of alternative courier services at the expense of the customer.

We do not deliver internationally but international clients may arrange their own courier.

Returns and Refunds

We take the upmost care to ensure that products are packaged properly to avoid damage. Should your order arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@artistiqdesigns.co.za. You may be required to provide photo/video evidence of the damaged or defective product. Returns will not be accepted due to “buyer’s remorse”. If a product needs to be returned, all courier costs will be for the account of the customer. Should a product be found defective after investigation the customer will have the option of having the product replaced or to be reimbursed with an Artistiq Designs voucher.

Pricing & Conditions of Service

All prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed. The price for an order that has been accepted by Artistiq Designs is not subject to change after acceptance. Artistiq Designs reserves the right to cancel an order or refuse service at any time without reason.

Representation of Products on Website

We make every effort to display colours, sizing and images as accurately as possible. Certain factors, however, may slightly alter the appearance of products such as lighting and monitor display. We cannot guarantee that there will not be slight discrepancies in the colour seen on your screen versus the actual product. There may be 1-2cm discrepancies in sizing due to manual measurements.
